Since our website operates primarily as an inquiry-based platform, we do not process online payments directly. However, our Refund & Return Policy applies to all confirmed orders placed through direct communication with our sales team.
1. Inquiry-Based Orders
All products listed on Ambassador Sports are available for inquiry only. Once you submit an inquiry form, our team will contact you to confirm product details, pricing, delivery time, and order requirements.
Refund and return terms apply only after an official purchase agreement or invoice is issued.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed or logo-branded gloves, uniforms, or sportswear) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same method used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a company error (wrong or defective product).

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
